How to Return an Item
You have 30 days to return your purchase for a refund. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please email us at support@thefandomfaves.com to request a refund and include photos of the unused item(s). We will provide instructions on where to send your product; please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
To obtain your return label, you will be provided with a downloadable and printable version. Return shipping will cost $6.99.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For orders over $75.00, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages..
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, please contact us at support@thefandomfaves.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Include the order number, the exact name on the order, and the email associated with the order. Using the email address associated with the order is especially helpful. Please note that if your item has already shipped within 24 hours, we cannot cancel your order.
Returning an Item Damaged During Shipping
If your item was damaged upon arrival, contact us at support@thefandomfaves.com within two days of receiving the item. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging.
What to Do if Your Order Was Not Received
We will provide a tracking number to help you monitor your shipment. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number indicates the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.
